PURPOSE Shipment management; inform about our services For what purpose do we use your data?
In accordance with the law and regulations on the matter of the protection of personal data, data of the sender and consignee will be processed by the Integra2 branch the sender contacts only for the purposes of managing the shipments, arrange the delivery, provide shipping details through the tracking system, as well as for providing the data subjects with information on Integra2 services (for example, shipment details through the tracking system, shipment arrival alert, communication of possible incidents, etc.).
DATA CONSERVATION PERIOD How long is your data kept for?
We inform you that your personal data will be kept for the time necessary to provide the requested service and / or to achieve the intended purpose of the treatment. Subsequently, your data will be kept for the periods established by the applicable legislation (such as; tax, accounting regulations, etc.).
LEGALITY Execution of the contract What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?
This data processing is legitimated in the contract that the client formalises with the branch contracted in order to request the courier shipment and is essential in order to provide the service.
CONSIGNEES Provision of data To whom is your data communicated?
Your data may be communicated to the Integra2 branch, Dronas 2002, S.L.U and other companies subcontracted only for the purposes of executing the contract.

  • Anyone has the right to receive confirmation about whether Integra2 is processing personal data that concerns them or not.

  • The data subjects have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inexact data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer required for the purposes they were collected for.

  • In certain circumstances, the data subjetcs may request limitation in the use of their data, in which case we will only keep them for carrying out or defending against claims and complaints.

  • In certain circumstances and for reasons relating to their specific situation, the data subjects could remove the consent provided or oppose the use of their data. Integra2 will stop using the data, except for compelling legitimate grounds, or for carrying out or defending against claims and complaints.
